The furniture appears dated and tired. some looks like it belongs in a garage sale rather than a hotel. the breakfast options leave much to be desired, lacking in freshness and variety, which seems odd given the culinary reputation of the area.

stayed at royal casablanca for 3 nights. the reception area is huge and beautifully decorated. room service was impressively fast, and the friendly staff made it a pleasant experience. the hotel is conveniently located right opposite the uae consulate, making it easy to access. enjoyed the well-equipped gym too.

Unexpectedly Pleasant Surprise

I ended up staying here for a night and was pleased with the quick room service and the spacious lobby that had a nice decor. The hotel is conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and a hypermarket, making it easy to grab a meal or supplies. the Wi-Fi connection was consistently poor in my room, which was frustrating.

The room was clean and in good condition, which was a relief. The air-conditioning units were pretty noisy, though, and I could hear a lot of movement from above. Plus, I had issues with the staff at check-in. they initially were unhelpful and the upgrade turned out to be misleading. I didn’t get much sleep with all the commotion.

It was just a good pick for a weekend escape in Jeddah with outstanding value for money. Enjoyed a reasonable dinner buffet that was well-priced and filled with good options. Might want to check if a quieter room is available.
